The cardholder's billing and shipping address must match in order to ship the order. For security reasons we do not ship to P.O.boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. SHIPPING:

 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days if the item is in stock, Monday through Friday. If you want a guaranteed arrival, please purchase an upgraded shipping option. We do not process orders over the weekend, so orders placed on Friday will not usually ship until Monday. There is no processing or delivery of orders on Holidays either. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review and credit card verification before we can confirm your order. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

 

Customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Customs fees and any other applicable costs for international orders is Customer’s sole responsibility. Orders are normally shipped by USPS, UPS or Federal Express. Delikate Rayne will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier. Shipping charges may be billed separately on credit card orders. Customer must notify Delikate Rayne at time of purchase if a signature is required for residential deliveries. Delikate Rayne is not liable for any lost or stolen goods that are delivered to a residence without requiring a signature.

Delikate Rayne is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Delikate Rayne does ship internationally. Please see below for more information regarding international shipping:

International shipping rates may vary depending on the country that we are shipping to. Please be aware that occasionally items can experience customs delay of several weeks or more. When a package is in transit tracking is not provided for the package, we can only confirm delivery. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from DelikateRayne.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from DelikateRayne.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package toDelikateRayne.com.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:

Please note all sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be returnable for a refund in the form of your original payment, online store credit or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. If a higher priced item is wanted for the exchange, customer is responsible for the difference in price and will be billed accordingly.

Delikate Rayne prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. We are not happy until you are!

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of the date on your receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs. Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit, exchange or refund. Should you notice shipping error you must notify Delikate Rayne customer service via email at returns@delikaterayne.com ATTN: ERROR within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Items received after the 7 days up to 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after that will not be accepted back and you will not be refunded.

DelikateRayne.com utilizes the highest standard of quality control, but if for some reason, you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item purchased, please contact us immediately at sales@delikaterayne.com ATTN: Damages. Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Customer shall notify Delikate Rayne in WRITING WITHIN 48 HRS OF CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims of damages resulting from late delivery or any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification. Delikate Rayne shall not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party other than Customer. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL DELIKATERAYNE.COM ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED, LAUNDERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER. All damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to Delikate Rayne for an online store credit or exchange. Delikate Rayne will send customer a pre-paid shipping label for the damaged or incorrect item to be sent back to Delikate Rayne.

NOTE: Customer’s failure to provide written notice of a claim, as set forth in the Returns and Exchanges Policy stated above, shall constitute a waiver of any claim Customer may have for damages resulting from such defects, including late delivery.

If you would like to return your item(s) for credit or exchange, please send an email to returns@delikaterayne.com and let us know what you'd like to return, the reason for your return and if you would prefer to exchange your item(s), receive store credit or a refund. Once your email is confirmed, you will receive an RMA number and the address to send your return to. Delikate Rayne will exchange your item(s) once we have received your return product. Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges on all items that are returned/and or exchanged. Exchanges may be made on items of equal value only, less shipping charges.

NOTE: Items being returned and/or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and with all original tags attached in the same place and way they arrived ,in order to be eligible for refund, online store credit or exchange. Please help Delikate Rayne in it's efforts to curb unnecessary waste and return all merchandise in it's original packaging. 

Packages must be returned prepaid. The cost of shipping merchandise back to us is not refunded. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. As DelikateRayne.com is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen merchandise while in transit. 

Delikate Rayne will begin processing your refund, online store credit and/or exchange once we have received your returned item(s). Your return will be processed within approximately five (5) business days from the receipt of your return. Delikate Rayne will send you a confirmation email when your online store credit, refund or exchange has been processed.
