SIGNATURE STYLE- THE FRENCH WAY

With the arrival of Paris Fashion Week it's difficult not to have the alluring style of the Parisians on our minds. The French have a signature style that is equally sexy as it is polished. Have you ever seen a French woman who does not look effortlessly put together? There's no doubt about it. Parisian women just have that Je ne sais quoi that makes everything they put on look instantly chic. Dress the part by following a few French rules: Keep the silhouettes well fitted, classic and sharp, stick to neutral colors (leopard counts as a neutral too). Think skinny jeans, worn-in tees, half tucked blouse, structured blazer or statement jacket. Embrace the beauty of minimalism over trends. A pointy, stiletto ankle boot or pump is the footwear of choice, aviator sunglasses and simple jewelry tops off the look. A bare, fresh face with a subtle red lip and cat eye liner is perfectly day time acceptable. All you need is to add a smoky eye and darken the lip to transition to night time activities. Always keep the cardinal rule in mind- Doing less is actually doing more.
