Kiwi Avocado Green Smoothie
Ingredients:

2 handfuls spinach

1 cup zucchini, roughly chopped

1/2 avocado, pitted and scooped

3 SunGold Kiwi or Green Kiwi, washed, scooped and roughly chopped

1 medium banana, frozen or thawed
-
1/2 cup Coconut Water
Directions:

Add the veggies, fruit and coconut water to a blender and blend until nice and smooth.

If the smoothie isn’t sweet enough, add your sweetener of choice and blend until just incorporated. Enjoy immediately.
Blueberry Vanilla Matcha Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy, oat or almond milk

1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
-
1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
-
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
-
½ large frozen banana
-
1/2 cup ice cubes
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until completely smooth and frothy. Serve cold, enjoy!
Berry Beet Smoothie
Ingredients:

1/2 small beet, peeled and cut into cubes

1/2 banana, frozen
-
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
-
1 mandarin, peeled
-
1/2 inch cube of ginger

1/2–3/4 cup almond milk
Directions:

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into a glass and serve.
Banana Date Smoothie
Ingredients:

1 banana
-
2–3 Medjool dates
-
1 tbsp almond or peanut butter
-
1 cup oat or soy milk
-
Dash of cinnamon
Directions:

Add the banana, dates, chia seeds, ground cardamom, milk, and ice cubes to your high-speed blender like Vitamix Blender.

Blend for a few seconds until smooth and creamy. If you prefer your smoothies to be a bit thinner, try adding extra almond milk.

Pour into a glass, top it with chia seeds. Serve immediately!
Blueberry and Almond Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:

¾ cup frozen wild blueberries

1 ¼ cup unsweetened, plain almond milk

4 large soft Medjool dates, pitted

¼ cup raw slivered blanched almonds
-
2 tablespoons raw creamy almond butter
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1 cup ice cubes
Directions:

Add wild blueberries, almond milk, dates, almonds, almond butter and vanilla to a high speed blender.

Start blending at the lowest speed for 10 seconds. Then, gradually increase to the highest speed for 30 seconds.

Add 1 cup of ice and blend again for 30 seconds. Depending on your blender you may need to use the plunger or tamper feature to help the smoothie blend.

Divide the smoothie into 2 glasses. Enjoy immediately with a spoon.
