A truly one of a kind enchanting experience that is as fulfilling as it is rewarding. This is taking adventure to the next level.

Tucked away in the indigenous forest in the Langata suburb of Nairobi, Kenya. a storybook like picturesque haven awaits you. What is particularity special about this place is that it is the home to the highly endangered Rothschild giraffe. 12 private acres of magical accommodations set within a sprawling 140 acres sanctuary. The giraffes here are treated fairly, given a safe haven away from poachers and allowed to fairly roam the property including the guest accommodations area.
The founders of Giraffe Manor, Jock Leslie-Melville and his wife Betty, bought what is known as the Giraffe Manor today in 1974. They moved two baby Rothschild giraffes to the estate where they have produced further generations of giraffe and continue to, to this day.
The Giraffe manor has accommodations available for up to 25 guests in their 10 luxurious rooms. All profits from the hotel go to the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife (AFEW), which was founded by the owners. Over the years, Giraffe Manor has seen its share of the regular jet setting crew including Mick Jagger, Brooke Shields, Ewan McGregor and Richard Branson.
All guests who come to stay at the Manor will get to indulge in a total all inclusive board for the duration of their stay, meaning all meals and most drinks are covered. The Manor is home to one of Nairobi’s finest dining restaurants.
It is not uncommon to have one of the property's lovely giraffes join you for a meal as they are known to poke their heads in the windows to see who might offer them a treat.
Making this hotel the only place in the world where you may get to dine with these lovable giants.
You able to freely feed and photograph the giraffe over your breakfast table, or whenever you find them peering through doorways and windows for a quick hello.
You are also able to get up close and personal with the giraffes from the second floor bedroom windows for a more one on one experience.
