There are many destinations that stick out because of their beauty. Here are some 100% vegan bucket list attractions that stick out because of their food: 

 

La Pitahaya Vegana, Mexico:

Mexico is considered to be one of the most vegan-friendly cities in Latin America. If you are checking out the vegan scene, La Pitahaya Vegana is a must-visit. This vegan/vegetarian restaurant is iconic for its pink bajo tacos, pink tortillas. Plant-based desserts also include coconut-based ice cream - served in a pink cone - an affogato made from matcha, and a cinnamon roll with creamy tofu and piloncillo frosting.

Saido, Japan:

Jiyūgaoka has a reputation for being on of Shibuya's more sophisticated suburbs. You are bound to find many upscale-spots here and Saido, the vegan fine-dining restaurant is one of them.
