OATS LIKE YONCE

September 06 2016 – Delikate Rayne

If you didn’t already know, Beyoncé has delved into the vegan world herself. At one point, along with her trainer Marco Borges, B even created a vegan meal delivery service called “22 Days Nutrition”
Along with the book, also by her trainer Borges, the meal plan conveys the idea that after 21 days of doing something, the 22nd day becomes habit. Well, we don’t think you absolutely NEED to spend over $600 on the 30- day vegan meal delivery service to eat like Yonce. If you have the true interest, go for the book! But we will show you how easy it is to have a meal the Queen B would approve of.
Now, breakfast is the most important meal of the day right? Well, what’s better than oats to keep you satisfied throughout your Yonce-like day? This concoction from the actual meal plan consists of oatmeal with cinnamon and dates. Good combo!
Here’s something we love to try with our oats and it’s more than just cinnamon and dates!
Overnight oats are a great way to vamp up your oatmeal and we think B would definitely enjoy this one! It is a good twist on the normal hot oats
AND it is super quick for a morning on the go. If you tend to “wake up like this” and don’t have much time in the AM, all you need is a quick few minutes the night before and you’ll have a wholesome vegan breakfast in no time.
What You Need:

1 Jar or Container with lid 1 cup of oats
Toppings of choice:
Cinnamon, sliced banana, raisins, dates, peanut/almond butter, mango, cherries, blueberries, strawberries, etc.
Non-Dairy Milk
(Fill the jar until you cover the toppings)
After you’ve got all your tasty ingredients, just simply close the jar or container and shake it all up! Once it is mixed, set it in the fridge and leave it overnight.
In the morning, you’ve got perfectly prepared oats and you’re ready to take on your day and live the Queen B life!
