This summer we are all about keeping cool. Think cool white fabrics (perhaps Delikate Rayne's Ivory Satin Slip Dress), white wine sangria with fresh fruits and white sand beaches. Enter Siesta Beach, Florida.
Siesta Beach is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The warm water is crystal clear and the sugary soft white sand is uniquely made up of 99% pure Quartz, the whitest and finest sand in the world. The sand, most of which comes from the Appalachian Mountains, is so fine it feels cool between your toes.
To preserve the beauty of Siesta Beach smoking is not permitted. We've come up with a few more ways we can preserve the beaches natural beauty whilst cooling off in luxury this Summer.
- Opt for eco-friendly sunscreen that contains physical blockers such as dioxide and zinc oxide to prevent coral bleaching and ditch the aerosol!
- Take rubbish with you and dispose of it thoughtfully.
- Minimize packaging and use recyclables to pack your picnic.
