When we think of memories that make us LOL, most often we’re drawn back to times spent laughing with our best friends over food at dinner or at a party. Appetizers and fun dishes can be the center of attention at your next event, giving you and your guests the perfect start to a night of many “laugh out loud” moments. This easy little recipe for a classic party starter of Vegan French Onion Dip will for sure get your next party going to build a night filled with laughter!

Vegan French Onion Dip

Serves 4

Ingredients:

-1.5 cups of vegan mayonnaise

-Juice of ½ a lemon

-1 tablespoon of dried minced onion

-1/2 tablespoon of dried garlic or garlic salt

-1 teaspoon of dill (fresh or dried)

-1 teaspoon of parsley (fresh or dried)

-1/2 teaspoon of salt

-1/2 teaspoon of black pepper


Directions:

In a serving bowl, combine all ingredients together and mix until incorporated. Let the dip cool in the fridge for at least an hour, and remove when you’re ready to serve. Plate with homemade potato chips, cut vegetables, or even French fries to get your next party started!
